Do I need to prepare, cook, or heat my meal?

No preparation is necessary, our meals are provided daily, fully cooked by our chefs, either hot and ready to eat or cold to re-heat later. Re-heating is simple with oven, microwave and stove top options available. You just eat and enjoy!

How do I order?

GreenDish orders can be placed online at https://greendish.co/ Then select the ORDER NOW button then choose the order type (pickup, Pre-order Delivery or ASAP delivery)

Our ordering portal is secure and we will never share your information. 

There are two types of delivery:

GreenDish offers its own delivery service for a few reasons. First, we think that caring for the environment is a responsibility, so we are using hybrid delivery vehicles. We also want to keep charges low for the customer, which is why our service is reasonably priced. We pay our drivers a fair wage so tipping is not required – depending on the size of an order, a tip can be more expensive than the delivery fee! Those tips add up. And lastly, we want to ensure that the food is delivered hot and ready to eat. 

Order Ahead – Order in advance and we’ll deliver to you through our GreenDish sustainable delivery fleet. You can order up to a week in advance, or order on the same day up to 4pm cutoff. Order ahead deliveries are only available during our dinner service hours of 4-7pm. The delivery charge is $2.95 with optional tip to the driver. 

Order ASAP – Is it time to order right now? we use a 3rd party provider for our on demand option during our  all day service hours of 11am-7pm. The delivery charge is  $4.95 plus tip to the driver.

How is GreenDish different from regular food delivery?

Most takeout or meal delivery is either from fast food or casual dining restaurants. Unlike most of these restaurants, GreenDish sources clean, healthy ingredients and our menus are thoughtfully designed so you can eat them every day! We list all our ingredients and nutritional content so you know exactly what you and your family are eating to nourish your bodies. With GreenDish, you can be confident that your family is eating delicious, healthy meals—and you don’t have to cook or do the dishes 😊

Do I need to order in advance?

No, you can order anytime you’re hungry! Like to plan your meals in advance? So do we! We offer lower price delivery on dinner pre-orders.  

To use GreenDish dinner pre-order delivery service, you need to schedule your order by 4pm on the day of delivery.

Are utensils provided?

We do not provide utensils in an effort to conserve waste. And because we think you already have some at home. For customers who pick up their orders, there are compostible utensils to select at the pickup counter.

You don't deliver in my area but I'm interested in ordering. What should I do?

We are working hard to get GreenDish delivered to you! We encourage you to let us know you’re interested and we will focus on expanding into areas with the highest demand. Tell us more here.  We also offer pick up service.

How to buy gift cards:

We are pleased to announce that we have added virtual gift cards to our offerings. These can be purchased online and can be sent to another person.

Click on the Gift Card button on the home page or select here. And follow the instructions.

Please note, to save on the use of plastic, these are virtual gift cards, physical gift cards are not available.

To Add the gift card to your account, go to the order page and select Account (top right) next to the cart. You will need to login before this is available. In the Account window select My Gift Cards and select Add an Existing Gift Card.

 

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

We are following CDC guidelines and all state and local mandates. We practice safe food handling and sanitation protocols daily.

Can I make special requests?

At this time, all the customization of orders that we offer are available in the ordering area of the website. Most menu items allow you to choose your vegetable and grain or root, some items allow for protein substitutions and there are options to leave a condiment off where applicable.
